Quality Staff
NMS Lodging has a professional management team with over 100 years of collective experience in their respective disciplines. NMS’ formula for success begins in hiring the right person for the right job and then enabling and equipping that person to succeed with job specific training and supportive management. NMS Lodging has a low rate of management turnover and believes in developing internal candidates for management positions when positions become available. Our staff has attained their current level of excellence as a result of both their personal and our corporate commitment.
Guest Satisfaction
The satisfaction of our guests is paramount to our success. To ensure that we have satisfied return guests, we monitor their satisfaction at every property we manage. Through a series of formalized programs and guest comment cards, we collect feedback from our guests. Once the data is collected, our managers respond directly to each guest and incorporate their comments into future customer service training. We take our guests’ suggestions to heart, often making improvements to our operations as the result of guest feedback.
Quality Assurance
Another measurement tool we use to evaluate the quality of hotel performance is the feedback provided by Quality Assurance Inspectors. NMS Lodging managed hotels are inspected by third party inspectors to validate the quality of our operations and ensure we meet and exceed the standards set by our client, our franchisee (when applicable) and our owners.
